We produce web sites of all sizes, ranging up from "static" sites of a few pages. In all cases we manage the project to ensure that you get what you want, at an agreed price, with a future maintenance plan that suits you. We can, for instance, supply a site that you will be able to modify or add to yourself, even if you have little knowledge of the web. By designing pages with special editable areas, you can manage your content without having to worry about "breaking" the structure of your site.

We think that Macromedia Contribute is a good Content Management tool for small or medium company sites - it lets web designers control the design, and lets the users that "own" the content create and modify the content - a win-win situation.

www.bergen.travel is a recent example of a site built on Dreamweaver Templates, with xhtml and CSS-based layout.

Complex web sites

At the other end of the scale we can supply large sites with thousands of pages, linked to relational databases, with secure areas - including extranets - and e-commerce capability.

The launch customer for our web application suite (www.stavangertravel.com)launched in May 2005, and we have made several upgrades since, including a steady migration to component-based code, and new functionality.

SouthernFjord Web Development is based in Stavanger, Norway but also works with customers in the UK. We have been developing web sites since 1999 and offer a range of other services.
